Upon 1st contact on phone with Jesus nothing was overlooked in setting up appointment for service of our Jaguar XJ8, along with accurate steps that progressed as Jesus described would take place. Entire staff like Orlando in Parts, Loading Dock personnel, Sales Staff and Blonde Haired Woman who directed me to the Aromatic Coffee in the Air etc that was beyond any establishment I have ever encountered. Nathan provided excellent service and was able to manage my work schedule into the negotiations and ultimate purchase process in store. I had to take multiple work meetings during the paperwork process and he was able to provide their conference room for me to manage my work schedule. My wife was very happy with her vehicle and the home delivery service helped us manage a busy family weekend.

Overall great sales experience. Drove in to purchase a new-to-me MB GLS. The staff are very welcoming and nice. I really enjoyed the easy process and seamless transaction. Both of my sales consultants knew quite a bit about the features of my car despite that it’s not a make sold at their dealership. There’s a fix they’re going to correct on the exterior. We had the most smoothest vehicle buying experience with our salesman, Patrick Nuygen. By the time we drove from the Houston area to San Antonio dealership, we felt like we already knew him. Patrick kept us informed through every step. Even though it was a pre-owned car purchase, Patrick and the dealership made us feel like we bought a brand new car. I took my wife's Jaguar F-Pace to get an oil change, to include a multi point inspection! I conveyed to Mr. Jesus P that the last oil change we received was from an outside source (not the Dealership). The Dealership informed us that the Jaguar was a quart overfilled, so I decided to bring the Jaguar to the Dealership to ensure that we receive the proper oil change. I have always had a very pleasant and professional experience here at Cavender Jaguar. John in the Service Department in particular is always there to explain and breakdown all the necessary required and recommended mechanical repairs and maintenance requirements and even breaks down what is really necessary and what could potentially wait he has always been super professional and trustworthy. It is definitely a five star experience when you go there.
